Bees make honey with a taste and colour characteristic to the flowers they are feeding on at the time. We produce three set of honeys, a mild soft set honey, a light clover honey and intense heather honey. All are available as 340g jars.

Soft set honey Soft set honey is easily spreadable perfect for toast and has a mild flavour. It is gathered from the nectar of blossoms and wildflowers.

Clover honey Our clover honey has a light distinctive flavour and is made from nectar from Clover flowers.

Heather honey Our pure heather honey has the richest flavour of all our honeys, and is collected from bees that have foraged om nectar rich heather flowers.
